How It Works
This website organizes information about Elvis Presley’s life, career, and legacy through location. Whether it be the spot he was born, the filming location of his first TV appearance, or a pit-stop gas station he stopped at on the way to his next performance . . . this site provides a unique interactive way to explore and connect with Elvis and fans through the locations that came to define his life.
All locations are marked on ‘The Elvis Map’ with a clickable lightning bolt symbol. You can browse all information on the ‘Elvis on Location’ site either through using the interactive map or by using the location entries compiled on ‘The Location Blog’.
All locations are tagged by categories relating to the Time the location was visited by Elvis, the Topic that the location relates to, or by the Type of location that it is. The categories can be found on the top left of The Map and can be toggled for sorting to make learning about Elvis as fun and easy as possible!
